NBBA Tournament Stats Generator

Upload completed NBBA game workbooks, review warnings and possible name matches, calculate tournament totals, then download any individual package or one ZIP containing everything.

Manual workbook privacy: Workbooks you choose manually and calculated result files remain on this device. Official hopper review actions update the authorized tournament record, while workbook copies added to the generator stay on this device.

After returning, choose Read and Preview Workbooks again before calculating or downloading results. Clearing this site's browser data removes the stored copies.

1. Tournament Setup

A different included-game total creates a warning but does not block generation.

2. Authorized Game Hopper

Completed games scored by an official or with the assigned game code appear here. Assigned-game submissions require official review. Only accepted games can be added to tournament totals.

Sign in to Officials Mode from the scorecard for this tournament, then refresh the hopper.

3. Add Missing Game Workbooks

Select several workbooks at once or add them in multiple batches.

4. Corrections and Ranking Settings

Name corrections

Enter one correction per line. Corrections affect only the calculated results and downloaded workbook.

Official aggregate adjustments

Use only when a statistic is officially confirmed but the exact game cannot be identified. This does not alter a scorecard, game log, online record, win, or loss. Every adjustment is shown before download and written to an Official Adjustments audit sheet.

Enter one adjustment per line in this order: record type | name | team | statistic | adjustment | reason | source. All seven items are required. The name and team must match the calculated tournament totals after any name correction above.

Supported statistic codes and example

Player: AB, R, HR, K, PO, DP, TP, Short, Middle, or Deep. Pitcher: BF, K, R, Strikes, Fouls, Passed Balls, Dead Balls, or Pitches.

Ranking settings

Applies to new scorecards that contain exact defensive participation. Older files remain usable but cannot qualify for per-inning rankings.

Stats & Awards is the concise official report. Complete Team Statistics includes detailed team sheets and audit data. Scorecards & Game Logs preserves every original workbook. Download All Final Files combines all three into one ZIP.
